Loved the place, had a really nice stay on vacation. It was in a marvellous and incredible location close to Grocery & Restaurants. Moreover, it's very close to many different shopping plazas, grocery stores, and the pier.
The room I booked was a bit dark!

Handy base for discovering Cocoa Beach with super friendly staff at reception desk. Stocked room with pleasant views of the ocean. Very comfy bed. Location just next door to Cape Canaveral, beach, mexican restaurant, would feel safe and the basketball court.

Beautiful beaches, clean room and clean motel, well taken care of.
Noisy, kids running around at 2am. Not the hotels fault but...

It was an absolute pleasure staying at The Resort on Cocoa Beach. The resort provides enough amenities to entertain family members of all ages. The rooms were spacious, cheerfully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The rooms were complete with everything you would need for a short or lengthy stay including clothes washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, juice mixer and coffee maker. The master bedroom included a huge walk-in closet with a safe, seperate sliding door access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom complete with a nice sized jacuzzi tub and seperate shower. The staff went out of their way to be helpfull. They arranged an early check-in and allowed us to stay and use the facilities for the day after checking out.

Great for families with kids
The resort is on the beach which was perfect for us with two small kids. They loved the indoor play area and the heated pool towels were a game changer when we were getting out of the water.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still felt worth it for the stay.

Confort of the rooms. Emphasis on children's arts and crafts at 9:30 every morning. Traci was an excellent director for this. Towel exchange. Confortable beds
I did not like the distance from the beach. The resort was located with a protected wetland(?) in between it and the beach. Long walk to get to the beach. The information was not disclosed in the information.

Large unit, very clean, friendly staff. Beautiful view of ocean.
This was a time-share unit. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were not aware that toiletries would not be provided. No chairs were provided for the beach, only rentals possible.

I really liked the amount of space we had for the family with 2 bedrooms, living/dining room and kitchen that overlooked the ocean! The view was spectacular! We didn't have to look over a mass of humanity at the pool area to see the ocean. We overlooked a huge native planting buffer zone between beach and hotel keeping it quiet and relaxing.
I would've liked housekeeping. We were there for 5 nights and housekeeping was available only once a week if you stayed for 7 nights. I would've liked towels changed daily along with daily supply of toiletries (none supplied) and coffee. It would've been nice to have the room and linens cleaned at least once during our stay. This would not deter us from staying here again. We loved this place! But it would've added to the experience. I like someone else to make my bed on vacation!

Being just a short stroll from the beach and only a 15-minute drive from Port Canaveral, especially for our grandkids who loved the indoor playground, pool, and the nearby pier. The excellent restaurants around were just the cherry on top of our weekend adventures.

The convenience to the beach and the nice pool were what we liked best about the resort.
The elevators were out of order constantly during our stay and my 11 year old and 8 year old were stuck on an elevator when it broke down. Very Scary for them as they were stuck in the elevator alone. This caused us to take the stairs the rest of the trip and we were on the 6th floor. The on-site food was poor and we learned quickly to walk over to the Hilton if we wanted lunch!!!!!

Great location on the beach. Can't beat 20 bucks for an all day umbrella rental (includes two chairs). The rooms were very clean and great for a large family (six total). Enjoyed the pool and a couple of mixed drinks from the poolside bar.
Pillows were hard. Also, I can understand complaints about the view if you're on a lower floor on the side of the hotel. We were on the top floor (side of hotel) and had a great view of the ocean.

We had a fantastic six-night stay in a two-bedroom suite with an ocean front view. The spacious kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and having a washer/dryer was a game-changer for traveling with kids! The kids loved the pool area and the cute kids' play activities—definitely a highlight for us. I'd happily choose this spot again on our next trip!
